Career Highlights

Tim Sisneros’ road to the hall of fame was not typical as he did not lace up his basketball sneakers until his senior year at Kokomo High School. But once he did, he was the star of the show for the Wildkats.

Standing 6-foot-7, Sisneros caught the attention of Middle Tennessee State University, a NCAA Division I program. Coming off of the bench in his first game as a freshman, he held his own against Vanderbilt University and earned a position in the starting five – a spot he would hold for four seasons.

By the time he graduated, the “Kokomo Kruncher” helped lead MTSU to its first-ever Ohio Valley Conference championship while averaging 22.1 points per game his senior season, a season in which he was named the OVC Most Valuable Player. He departed as the seventh all-time leading scorer in program history and had a four-year field goal percentage of 52.9 percent.

Despite having only five-years of organized basketball playing experience, Sisneros was drafted by the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers in the eighth round. While he did not make the team, he did play professionally in LeMans, France and in a Mexico league.
